GROUP TRAINING

Group sessions are separated by grade level and designed to allow players to improve their individual and team skill set, in a group setting. Group sessions are for players of all skill levels. Our coaches are trained to challenge each player within the group according to his or her level of skill.
Group sessions are great for players who want to be in a positive training atmosphere, train with their friends, and compete against others. Our one-hour group sessions are limited to 10 players per group. We offer a minimum of four group sessions per week for each grade level, and you may sign up for any available spot when enrolled in our unlimited group membership.
Features of our program
Game Fundamentals
- Our training sessions are based on the fundamentals of the game. We push players to absorb the fundamentals while building on more advanced skill sets and movements.
Small Groups
- Group sessions are separated by grade level and are limited to 10 players per group.
Session Format
- A typical training session includes warmup/stretching, ball handling, extended ball handling/attack basket, off ball movement/shooting, team concepts (i.e. cutting, pass and relocation)
Flexible Schedule
- You have access to our online schedule where you will be able to view and book training sessions. We offer a minimum of four group sessions per week for each grade level.
